Is shipping included?

Shipping is not included in your purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping is calculated on checkout and there is several options available.

How do you ship Coffee Table Molds?

All 1200 x 600mm Molds, or larger, are sent via courier. Shipping at check out it calculated at a flat rate to metro areas. If the shipping cost is more then the flat rate you will be invoiced for the difference.

I purchased multiple items, including a Coffee Table Mold, and selected express but my order was sent via courier?

Coffee Table Molds can not be shipped express due to their size. The option for express is for the other items you have purchased in addition to the flat rate. If the flat rate does not cover the entire shipping cost your items will be shipped altogether via courier to cover the additional cost of shipping.

Express Shipping v's Standard Shipping?

There are several shipping options available on check with the most common two being Standard and Express. The shipping time for these two options are determined by Australia Post, not ABR. The shipping option/time begins once the order has been dispatched to the post office. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated automatically on checkout for smaller items however you will need to email australianbeachresin@gmail.com for larger or heavier items.

How long with my item take to arrive?

Items that are instock will be shipped within 4 business days. Molds currently take between 1-3 weeks.

Do you offer pick up?

Orders can be picked up from our shop in Browns Plains. Once your order is ready you will receive an email with instructions to arrange pick up.

Can I track my order?

We provide tracking details for all orders. You should receive an email from the postal service and an email from us. Both with have tracking details listed.

 

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We do our absolute best to ensure your items are packaged safely however once they are signed over to the postal service it is out of our control. If you are unfortunate enough to have a lost or damaged order we recommend you contact the postal service or courier immediately. We suggest you take photos of the packaging and items as well as detail times and dates. Please send us an email to keep us in the loop so we can assist if needed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is determined upon the shipping option selected. Australia Post estimated shipping times are available here. All other shipping time frames are generally suggested on check out however please be mindful of covid and natural disaster related impacts. 

 

International shipping for some items is available and is calculated automatically on check out.
