Is shipping included?

Shipping is not included in your purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping is calculated on checkout and there is several options available.

Express Shipping v's Standard Shipping?

There are several shipping options available on check with the most common two being Standard and Express. The shipping time for these two options are determined by Australia Post, not ABR. The shipping option/time begins once the order has been dispatched to the post office. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated automatically on checkout for smaller items however you will need to email for larger or heavier items.

How long with my item take to arrive?

Items that are instock will be shipped within 4 business days. Molds currently take between 1-3 weeks.

Do you offer pick up?

Orders can be picked up from one of our business locations. You will receive an email when you order is ready with instructions to arrange pick up.

Can I track my order?

We provide tracking details for all orders. You should receive an email from the postal service and an email from us. Both with have tracking details listed.


What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We do our absolute best to ensure your items are packaged safely however once they are signed over to the postal service it is out of our control. If you are unfortunate enough to have a lost or damaged order we recommend you contact the postal service or courier immediately. We suggest you take photos of the packaging and items as well as detail times and dates. Please send us an email to keep us in the loop so we can assist if needed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is determined upon the shipping option selected. For all items under 100cm / 25kg we use Australia Post as it is the quickest and safest option. For larger items we use Australian Couriers who generally deliver Australia wide between 7-9 days.


International shipping for some items is available and is calculated automatically on check out.
